All payments are processed via VGen.Commissions must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed.Prices listed do not include VGen's service fees or transaction fees — these are added during checkout. Prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on complexity.REVISIONS
All minor revisions (e.g. color tweaks, small details) are free, even after the sketch stage.Major changes (e.g. full pose rework, outfit redesign) may require an additional fee if requested after the sketch is approved.You will receive WIP updates at key stages (usually sketch and final coloring) to give feedback.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Estimated turnaround time is typically 1 week—1 month, depending on complexity and queue.If you need a rush order, please ask before purchasing (rush fees may apply).Final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution digital format via VGen.
USE
Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.You may post the artwork with proper credit.You may not edit, resell, or use the artwork for Al training, NFTs, or any blockchain-related purposes.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio or social media (unless otherwise agreed).You do not have the right to claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature.REFUNDS
Full refunds are only available before work has started. Partial refunds may be possible if the work is incomplete. No refunds will be issued once the final piece is delivered.COMMUNICATION
I usually reply within 1-2 days. Please allow some time, especially during weekends or busy periods.All communication should happen through VGen, to keep everything organized and safe for both parties.Please be respectful and patient during the process — I do my best to deliver quality work for every client! ♡
